Works very well on chicken and pork. Ingredients:
8 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened |
1 tablespoon honey |
1 tablespoon dijon mustard |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and blend well. 2. Roll into a log, using plastic wrap. 3. Use immediately, refrigerate for use in 1-2 days. 4. To freeze: Wrap the log in waxed paper, place in a freezer bag and freeze for up to 2 months. |
