Honey Mustard Chicken Casserole |

Haven't tried it yet, but sounds delicious! Ingredients:
1 lb boneless chicken breast |
1 tablespoon vegetable oil |
2 cloves garlic, minced |
1 jar chicken tonight light cooking sauce for chicken honey mustard |
1 lb red potatoes, boiled and thinly sliced |
10 ounces frozen broccoli stems, cooked and drained |
1/2 cup shredded low-fat cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. In a large skillet, lightly brown chicken in oil on both sides. 3. Add garlic and saute lightly. 4. Add sauce; simmer, covered, 20 minutes over low heat. 5. Place cooked potato slices evenly in an 11 x 7-inch baking dish. 6. Spoon chicken and sauce over potatoes. 7. Evenly layer broccoli over chicken. 8. Top with Cheddar cheese. 9. Bake, covered, 30 minutes or until bubbly. |
