2 1/2 lbs chicken breasts, boneless skinless |
2 cups yogurt, plain |
1 cup honey mustard |
2 teaspoons coarse salt |
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a gallon-sized ziplock bag. Shake to coat. Use right away, or allow to marinate in the fridge for up to several hours. 2. Grill chicken over medium heat 4-6 minutes per side. |
