A quick and easy sauce for beets. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter |
6 cups beets, cooked and diced |
2 tablespoons dijon-style mustard |
2 tablespoons honey |
Directions:
1. Melt butter in a large saute pan, and add the beets. 2. Toss to coat. 3. Add the mustard and honey. 4. Continue cooking until beets are heated through. |
