This is my mom's recipe for her famous honey mustard. It is very simple to make and tastes great. It goes wonderfully with baked ham and it is good as a chicken finger dip too! Ingredients:
2 eggs, beaten |
1 cup sugar |
1/2 cup vinegar |
2 tablespoons dry mustard |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Mix together well in measuring cup. 2. Microwave on high for 1 min - until egg starts to cook. Stir. Cook another minute. Stir. Repeat until thick. (usually 3 times). |
