Only three ingredients are needed to make this simple, frozen honey mousse. Cooking time refers to freezing time. Ingredients:
6 egg yolks |
1 cup honey |
1 cup heavy cream |
Directions:
1. Whip yolks and honey in a standing electric mixer until thick (approximately 10 minutes). 2. Whip cream. 3. Fold cream into honey/egg mixture. 4. Freeze for at least 40 minutes. |
