Honey Miso Salad Dressing |

one of my favorite dressings. nice on steamed veggies, too. enjoy! Ingredients:
2 1/2 tablespoons red miso |
2 tablespoons honey |
2 teaspoons dijon mustard |
3 tablespoons water or 3 tablespoons vegetable stock |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
1 tablespoon cider vinegar |
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil |
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger |
1 clove garlic, minced |
1 tablespoon finely chopped scallion |
Directions:
1. Mix the miso, honey, and mustard together. 2. Add the remaining ingredients, mix until smooth. 3. Let sit 15 minutes before using. |
