Ingredients:
3/4 cup sugar |
1/4 cup honey |
1 cup torn fresh mint |
1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint |
Directions:
1. Combine first 3 ingredients and 1 cup water in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil, stirring until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat; cool. Strain and chill until ready to use. Before serving, stir in 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint. |
