When it comes to this tangy fruit dip, I donât mind my kids playing with their food. We like to dip strawberries, but friends have reported great results with pears, bananas and more. âShelly Bevington-Fisher, Hermiston, Oregon Ingredients:
2 cups (16 ounces) plain yogurt |
1/4 cup honey |
2 tablespoons lime juice |
1/2 teaspoon grated lime peel |
assorted fresh fruit |
Directions:
1. Whisk the yogurt, honey, lime juice and lime peel in a small bowl. Refrigerate until serving. Serve with fruit. Yield: 2 cups. |
