My family loves this vinegarette recipe! We prefer it served over mixed spring greens, but any salad/lettuce mix will do. Ingredients:
1/2 cup honey |
1 teaspoon dry mustard |
1 teaspoon kosher salt |
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar |
1/4 cup lime juice |
1/4 cup diced sweet onion |
1 cup canola oil |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients except oil in a blender and blend until smooth. 2. Slowly add the oil until it's well incorporated. 3. Chill or server immediately over mixed greens or salad of your choice. |
