1/2 cup minced onion |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1 cup dry white wine |
1/4 cup honey |
1/4 cup lime juice |
2 teaspoons dry mustard |
1 teaspoon minced fresh rosemary |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 dash pepper |
1 teaspoon cornstarch |
1 teaspoon water |
Directions:
1. Saute onion in olive oil. Add wine, honey, lime juice, mustard, rosemary, salt and pepper,. 2. bring mixture to boil. Combine cornstarch and water; mix well and add to sauce. Cook and stir until sauce thickens. 3. Serving Suggestions: Serve over cooked turkey, chicken, fish or pork. |
