From Weight Watchers Ingredients:
1 (20 ounce) can pineapple chunks, drain and reserve 1/4 cup juice |
1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained |
1 banana, sliced |
1 cup strawberry, sliced |
1 kiwi fruit, sliced |
1/4 teaspoon grated lemon, rind of |
2 tablespoons lime juice |
1 tablespoon honey |
Directions:
1. Combine first 6 ingredients. 2. For dressing, stir reserved pineapple juice with last three ingredients. 3. Toss fruit and dressing. |
