This sound so yummy! I can't wait to give it a taste. Prep and cook times are a guess. As are the servings. **Chill time is cook time** Can be refigerated 1 week or frozen for 6 weeks. Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter, softened |
3 -4 tablespoons lime juice |
1 tablespoon honey |
1 garlic clove, pressed (or minced) |
1 teaspoon lime zest |
1/4-1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes |
Directions:
1. Beat all ingredients in a small bowl until well blended. 2. Shape butter into a roll and wrap in plastic wrap. 3. *Variation* Add minced or grated ginger. |
