This works well as a quick marinade and basting sauce. I especially like it on chicken - great to cook ahead and bring as sandwiches for a picnic. Ingredients:
1/3 cup honey |
1/4 cup lemon juice |
2 teaspoons dried rosemary |
Directions:
1. Crush the rosemary- either a mortar and pestle or a coffee grinder work well. 2. Combine all ingredients. |
