Honey-Lemon Chicken

Look for Onion Cups for a side dish. Wonderful together. Light but wonderful meal!
Ingredients:
1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 teaspoons rosemary
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients and mix; pour over chicken let set in fridge for at least 4 hours.
2. Grill outside or bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
3. Basting with remaining mixture while cooking.
