An old recipe from Darlene Kossman. Ingredients:
3 cups honey |
1 cup water |
1 1/2 ounces liquid pectin |
Directions:
1. Combine honey and water. 2. Boil over high heat. 3. Add pectin. 4. Stir constantly. 5. Bring to a full rolling boil . 6. Remove from heat. 7. Skim. 8. Pour into sterilized jars. 9. Seal. |
