This is a sweet, creamy dressing with a bit of a bite at the end. It's great on salad or as a dipping sauce. It also makes a wonderful pepper cole slaw. Ingredients:
1/2 gal real mayo |
2 cups honey |
1 cup jalapeño peppers, diced |
1/8 - 1/4 c juice from peppers. (optional) |
dash of crushed red pepper |
Directions:
1. Stir the mayo and honey together until there are no ribbons of honey remaining.
2. Dice the jalapeños in blender.
3. Add jalapeños to mayo mixture.
4. Optional: Add pepper juice for more bite.
5. Sprinkle in crushed red pepper and stir.
