3 egg yolks |
3 egg whites, stiffly beaten |
3/4 cup honey or 3/4 cup fructose |
3 cups low-fat yogurt |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Combine egg yolks,honey,yoghurt & vanilla & Blend until smooth. 2. Fold in egg whites. 3. Pour into individual containers & freeze. |
