Ingredients:
3 egg yolks
3 egg whites, stiffly beaten
3/4 cup honey or 3/4 cup fructose
3 cups low-fat yogurt
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
1. Combine egg yolks,honey,yoghurt & vanilla & Blend until smooth.
2. Fold in egg whites.
3. Pour into individual containers & freeze.
