Start your day with this honey hydrator! It's like a sports drink, but healthy! It will give you energy to face the day. Ingredients:
1/2 cup honey (raw, preferably) |
1/2 teaspoon sea salt |
2 cups orange juice |
5 1/2 cups water (spring water is best) |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a reclosable bottle, shake well to mix honey. Drink throughout the day to energize your body. Or pour into cups and serve to others. Makes 8 servings. |
