Honey Grilled Chicken Breast |

Serves 4 Ingredients:
1 tbsp orange juice |
2 tsp lemon juice |
2 tsp honey |
2 tsp soy sauce |
1 tsp grated fresh gingerroot |
1 clove garlic, peeled and minced |
28 ounce chicken breasts, boneless, skinless |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except chicken in large shallow dish and whisk until blended. 2. Add chicken breasts, turn several times to coat, cover with plastic wrap, and set in refrigerator. 3. Marinate 15 minutes or up to 1 hour. 4. Meanwhile, prepare outdoor grill. 5. Grill the chicken breasts 3 inches from heat 4 to 5 minutes per side, or until cooked through and juices run clear, or internal temperature is 170°F. 6. Remove to a plate and let stand 5 minutes before serving. |
