Ingredients:
2 tablespoons honey |
1 tablespoon fresh orange juice |
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice |
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce |
2 teaspoons dijon mustard |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets (about 1 inch thick) |
cooking spray |
Directions:
1. Preheat broiler. 2. Combine first 7 ingredients, and stir well with a whisk. 3. Place fillets on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Brush with honey mixture; cook 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, basting frequently with honey mixture. |
