Honey-Glazed Chicken with Sherry |

The skin on this chicken is the best. It's sweet and crispy with it's unique flavor. This recipe was given to me by Jibril. I took the juices from the chicken afterwards and poured it on top of my buttered mashed potatoes. It was fantastic. Ingredients:
4 chicken thighs |
1/4 cup honey |
1/4 cup sherry wine |
Directions:
1. preheat to 400 degrees. 2. combine sherry and honey in a cup. 3. brush the mixture on the chicken and under the skin, as well. 4. bake for 40 minutes or until chicken's juice comes clear from fork. |
