1/4 cup butter, melted |
1/4 cup orange juice |
1/4 cup honey |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 (3 -4 lb) broiler-fryer chickens |
Directions:
1. In shallow bowl, combine butter, orange juice, honey and salt. 2. Remove 1/3 c and set aside for basting. 3. Dip chicken pieces in remaining butter mixture. 4. Place in well-greased 13x9x2 baking dish. 5. Bake uncovered at 350 for 1 hour or until juices run clear, basting occasionally with reserved butter mixture. |
