Ingredients:
2 tablespoons vegetable oil |
1 (10 ounce) package baby carrots |
1/2 onion, chopped |
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce |
1 teaspoon oregano |
1 teaspoon msg (msg) |
2 teaspoons garlic powder |
salt and pepper |
3 tablespoons honey |
3 tablespoons butter, softened |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). 2. Lightly grease the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. 3. Toss carrots with onion, and add Worcestershire sauce, oregano, monosodium glutamate, garlic powder, salt and pepper. 4. Bake for 45 minutes, or until tender. 5. Turn oven off and add honey and butter, mixing thoroughly. 6. Place dish back in the warm oven for a few minutes. 7. Serve immediately. |
