Super simple and tasty side dish. I usually make this with baby carrots. Ingredients:
3 cups carrots, whole or 3 cups carrots, sliced |
1/4 cup water |
1/4 cup honey |
2 tablespoons butter |
2 tablespoons parsley flakes, chopped |
1 dash salt |
Directions:
1. Cook carrots until tender and drain. 2. Stir remaining ingredients in until carrots are well coated. 3. Salt to taste. |
