Ingredients:
1 (1 lb) bag frozen baby carrots |
3 tablespoons butter |
3 tablespoons honey |
2 tablespoons brandy |
1 1/2 tablespoons chopped parsley |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Cook carrots in salted water until they are tender; drain. 2. In a skillet, place carrots and remaining ingredients; cook and stir until carrots are glazed and glossy. |
