Honey-Ginger Shrimp and Slaw with Couscous |

Ingredients:
1/4 cup whole-wheat couscous |
1 tablespoon honey |
1 tablespoon grated ginger |
2 tablespoons lime juice |
2 teaspoons olive oil |
3 ounces shrimp |
2 cups broccoli slaw |
Directions:
1. Cook couscous according to package directions. Whisk together honey, ginger, lime juice and olive oil; sauté with shrimp in a skillet over medium heat for 3 minutes. Add broccoli slaw and sauté for another 3 minutes. Top couscous with slaw and shrimp. |
