Easy and delicious grilled salmon dish. Ingredients:
1/3c orange juice |
1/3c soy sauce |
1/4c honey |
1tsp. ground ginger |
1tsp garlic powder |
1 green onion |
4 6oz. salmon fillets |
Directions:
1. In a small bowl,combine orange juice,soy sauce,honey,ground ginger,garlic powder and green onion. Place salmon in a large glass dish and pour marinade over them. Turn to coat and refrigerate 15 mins. 2. Preheat grill. Discard marinade and grill salmon over med-high heat for 6-8 mins a side or till fish flakes easily with a fork. |
