This is incredibly tasty, and it is largely due to the simplicity of the recipe. Ingredients:
1 pound scallops |
5 minced cloves of garlic |
1 cup honey |
Directions:
1. Mix the scallops, garlic, and honey and place in a casserole baking dish. Refrigerate overnight, or 8 hours to marinate. 2. Place in oven at 350 degrees for 15 – 20 minutes, or until done. The baking takes longer with the large sea scallops, and less time with the smaller bay scallops. |
