Friends say I should open a restaurant with these ribs. Ingredients:
3/4 cup honey |
3/4 cup ketchup |
1/3 cup soya sauce (china lily works the best) |
2 -4 cloves garlic, crushed |
3 -4 lbs pork ribs |
Directions:
1. Boil ribs for 45 minutes. 2. Mix ketchup, honey, soya sauce and garlic. 3. dip ribs in sauce and BBQ until grill marks appear. 4. I usually dip them in the sauce again as they were not raw when I put them in the first time. 5. I like saucy ribs. 6. Enjoy! |
