Delicious!! Marinade time not included in prep time. Ingredients:
4 lbs pork back ribs |
1/2 cup honey |
1/2 cup packed brown sugar |
3 tablespoons soy sauce |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger |
1/2 teaspoon ground mustard |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Cut ribs into serving size pieces; place in a large resealable plastic bag. 2. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over ribs. 3. Seal bag; turn serveral times. 4. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight, turning bag occasionally. 5. Drain ribs, reserving marinade. 6. Return marinade to the refrigerator. 7. Place ribs on a rack in a greased shallow baking pan. 8. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. 9. Drain. 10. Pour the marinade over the ribs. 11. Bake, uncovered, 45 minutes longer or until meat is tender, brushing occasionally with pan juices. |
