From The MDC Kitchen To Yours Ingredients:
2 lbs pork |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1/2 cup sugar |
1 cup soya sauce |
1 teaspoon salt |

2 tablespoons sugar |
1/3 cup honey |
2 tablespoons soya sauce |
3/4 cup water |
1 teaspoon beef bouillon granules |
1 tablespoon cornstarch |
Directions:
1. Cut pork into cubes or strips. 2. Mix together marinade ingredients and bring to boil. 3. Pour over pork and let stand in fridge at least 4 hours or overnight. 4. Before grilling meat, drain sauce and discard. 5. Stir fry meat in skillet. Put into casserole dish. 6. In saucepan or skillet combine sauce ingredients and bring to boil. 7. Thicken with cornstarch and cook until no raw taste remains. 8. Pour over meat and bake in oven for 1 hour at 350°F 9. Sprinkle with chopped green onions and serve over a bed of rice. |
