Add flavor to poultry, tender cuts of pork (like chops, tenderloin and loin roasts). Ingredients:
1/4 cup cider vinegar |
2 teaspoons liquid honey |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
Directions:
1. In a large glass bowl or shallow dish, whisk together marinade. Add 4 servings (1 lb boneless or 2 lb bone-in) food; cover and refrigerate for 4 hrs, or 30 minutes for fish. Makes about 1/3 cup. |
