Ingredients:
1/3 cup(s) of honey |
3 clove(s) of garlic minced |
1 tablespoon(s) thyme finely chopped |
1 tablespoon(s) rosemary finely chopped |
2 1/4 pound(s) bone-in chicken thighs trimmed of excess fat (about 6 thighs) |
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt |
1/4 teaspoon(s) black pepper |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil; set aside. 2. In a small bowl, stir together honey, garlic, thyme and rosemary. 3. Place chicken thighs on prepared baking sheet and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Brush with honey mixture and bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes, brushing with remaining mixture every 10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees on an instant-read thermometer. |
