Honey-Drambuie Glazed Meatballs |

Perfect hors d'ouevres for a cocktail party. Ingredients:
1/4 cup finely minced onion |
1 lb lean ground beef |
3/4 cup fresh breadcrumb |
1 egg, beaten |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper |
1 tablespoon flour |
1 cup orange juice |
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice |
1/4 cup drambuie |
1/4 cup honey |
1 orange, sliced (for garnish) |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 Combine first six ingredients; mix well and shape into 1 inch balls and place in 10 x 15 baking pan 2. Whisk flour in a small amount of orange juice until smooth; add remaining orange juice, lemon juice, Drambuie, and honey 3. Place in saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring constantly 4. Brush meatballs with glaze and bake for 25 minutes, basting with additional glaze twice during baking. Garnish with orange slices |
