This recipe is very fast and easy. I experimented with it on some toast one day, it also goes well with fruit. Ingredients:
1 cup honey |
1/2 cup peanut butter |
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
1/2 cup cream cheese, at room temperature (optional) |
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl, mix together the honey, peanut butter, cinnamon and cream cheese until well blended. Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours. Serve on toast, or as a dip for fruit. |
