Honey Dill Glazed Carrots |

Carrots, sweet carrots! Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs carrots |
honey (i've never actually measured it, probably around 1/4 to1/3 cup) |
2 tbsp margarine or butter |
1/2 tsp salt |
1/2 tsp dried dill |
1 tbsp boiling water |
Directions:
1. Cut carrots into julienne strips and boil or steam until crisp tender, about 15 mins 2. Cook remaining ingredients over medium heat, stirring constantly, until honey melts and is hot. 3. Stir in carrots, cook over low heat, stirring frequently, until carrots are glazed and hot. |
