Ingredients:
1/2 lb penne pasta |
2 cups mayonnaise |
1/4 cup dijon mustard, country-style |
1/4 cup honey |
1 teaspoon lemon juice |
1/4 cup cauliflower, chopped |
1/4 cup broccoli, chopped |
1 medium carrot, peeled and small diced |
1 stalk celery, small diced |
1 small yellow squash, small diced |
Directions:
1. Cook, drain, and rinse the pasta. 2. Whisk together the mayonnaise, mustard, honey, and lemon juice. 3. Toss in the pasta and vegetables. 4. Chill well before serving. |
