Honey Dijon Mustard Curry Chicken Nibbles |

Found in a magazine..tasty nibble. Ingredients:
1 (1 1/2 kg) package frozen chicken nibbles, thawed |
1/2 cup liquid honey |
1/4 cup dijon mustard |
1/4 cup grainy mustard |
1 teaspoon curry powder |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 190C degrees. 2. Arrange chicken nibbles on a lighlty greased baking sheet in a single layer. 3. Bake uncovered in oven for approx 30 minutes. 4. Drain off any juices and turn them over. 5. Mix honey, mustards and curry powder in a small bowl. 6. Pour over chicken. 7. Bake a further 20-30 minutes or until they are tender, basting once. 8. Transfer to a platter and serve with sauce spooned over. |
