Honey, Dijon mustard and soy sauce blend perfectly to season these golden baked chicken breasts, relates Julie Rowe of Fort McMurray, Alberta. A beekeeper shared the recipe with me. Ingredients:
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1 pound) |
1/4 cup honey |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce |
1 teaspoon dijon mustard |
Directions:
1. Place chicken in an ungreased 11-in. x 7-in. baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over chicken. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 35-40 minutes or until juices run clear, turning and basting with pan juices every 15 minutes. Yield: 4 servings. |
