Ingredients:
1/4 cup creamed honey |
1/2 hot chili pepper (fresh or dried) |
mild cheddar cheese, cut into cracker sized squares |
Directions:
1. Stir finely chopped pepper (and seeds) into a soft creamed honey (gently warm, if necessary, to soften). 2. Spread on cheese slices and serve on crackers. |
