Simply slips down the system... Ingredients:
2 large green onions, finely chopped |
6 big potatoes, boiled/microwaved |
3 big red and firm tomatoes, finely chopped |
2 green apples, finely chopped (preferably granny smith) |
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon black pepper |
3 tablespoons soy sauce |
2 tablespoons sesame seeds, freshly toasted |
2 tablespoons honey |
10 mint leaves (for garnishing) |
2 tablespoons very hot water |
Directions:
1. Take a deep salad bowl. 2. Pour hot water and add fresh lemon juice, soy sauce, honey, salt and black pepper powder. 3. Mix well and smooth. 4. Add all the chopped ingredients to this mixture. 5. Toss and mix gently. 6. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds and mint leaves. 7. Mix and allow to stand for 1/2 hours at the room temperature. 8. Yummy! |
