This recipe is best in the cases where you can get fresh honey. As in the kind of honey that neds to be strained. (And please make sure you do strain it!) Ingredients:
1 c butter |
1 c strained honey |
2 c flour |
1 c sugar |
1 c sour cream |
1 tsp baking soda |
1/2 tsp salt |
1 egg |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together well. 2. Pour into greased and floured muffin pans. 3. Bake at 425 for 12-15 minutes. |
