I found this recipe in the JIFFY Cookbook. I can't wait to try this. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups jiffy baking mix |
1 tablespoon vanilla instant pudding mix |
1/4 cup sugar |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1/4 cup butter, softened |
1/2 cup milk |
1 egg |
1/4 cup honey |
3/4 cup dates, chopped |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease muffin pan or use paper liners. 2. combine all dry ingredients. 3. Add butter and mix well. 4. Add milk, egg, honey and dates into mixture. 5. Pour into prepared muffin pan, 3/4 full. |
