Honey Curry Chicken With Dijon |

Simple but tasty. The curry adds a lil spice to a sweet dinner. I usually serve this with white rice. Its a family favorite but as with most recipes you'll want to make a few adjustments to suit your taste. This is the original recipe I found in a cookbook several years ago. Eat your dessert or you get no brocoli Ingredients:
3 lbs chicken, of your choice cut into pieces |
4 tablespoons butter |
1/2 cup honey |
1/4 cup dijon mustard |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon curry (to taste) |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven 375 degrees. 2. Melt butter and add remaining ingredients except chicken. 3. Dip chicken in honey mixture, coat both sides. 4. Arrange chicken in casserole dish in a single layer. 5. Pour extra sauce over chicken. 6. Bake 45 minute to one hour. 7. Baste during baking for a more even glaze. |
