Granola with some honey, cranberry, and chocolate chips Ingredients:
4 cups quick-cooking oats |
1 cup packed brown sugar |
3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips |
1/2 cup corn oil |
2/3 cup honey |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1/2 cup craisins |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients. Stir in the wet ingredients and press into a greased parchment paper-lined baking pan. 2. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes, cool for 15 and cut into squares or crumble. 3. Roughly 1/30 of recipe makes a 1/4 cup. |
