Granola with some honey, cranberry, and chocolate chips
Ingredients:
4 cups quick-cooking oats
1 cup packed brown sugar
3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup corn oil
2/3 cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup craisins
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients. Stir in the wet ingredients and press into a greased parchment paper-lined baking pan.
2. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes, cool for 15 and cut into squares or crumble.
3. Roughly 1/30 of recipe makes a 1/4 cup.
