Honey Cornbread Muffins-The Neely's |

Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour |
1 cup cornmeal |
1 tablespoon baking powder |
1/2 cup sugar |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 cup milk |
2 eggs |
1/4 cup butter, melted |
1/4 cup honey |
non-stick cooking spray |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400. Line a muffin pan with 12 paper muffin liners. Spray with non-stick cooking spray. 2. In small bowl combine flour, cornmeal, baking powder, sugar and salt. 3. In large bowl combine milk. eggs, butter and honey. Add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Mix just to combine. Spoon into the greased muffin cups and bake about 15 minutes or till brown. |
