2 1/2 cups flour |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 teaspoon ground coriander |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter |
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed |
3/4 cup honey |
1 egg |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1/2 cup raisins |
3/4 cup walnuts, chopped |
Directions:
1. Measure flour and sift with baking soda, cinnamon, coriander and salt. In separate bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, honey, egg, vanilla, raisins and walnuts. 2. Add flour mixture to butter mixture and stir in raisins and walnuts. 3. Drop batter by teaspoons onto greased cookie sheets. 4. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. 5. Makes 3 dozen. |
