This can provide sweet relief for sore throats caused by colds, flu, allergies, smoking or even dry air. Ingredients:
3 green tea bags or 3 black tea bags |
1 cinnamon stick |
3 cups boiling water |
1 cup grapefruit juice |
1/4 cup honey |
Directions:
1. Place tea bags and cinnamon stick in 1 quart teapot. 2. Add boiling water. 3. Steep 3 to 5 minutes. 4. Remove cinnamon stick and tea bags; discard. 5. Stir in grapefruit juice and honey. |
