Honey and cinnamon together have some awesome health benefits. And they taste great! (Fixed this down to 1 TB from 2- I just squooshed some honey into the bowl without really measuring it; it's probably a little less than 1 TB.) Ingredients:
1/2 cup quick-cooking rolled oats |
3/4 cup vanilla soymilk |
1 tablespoon honey (or agave nectar for vegans) |
3 dashes cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredients together in a microwave-safe bowl. Nuke for 1-2 minutes. |
